You might have learned that you must take care of others before thinking of yourself. But the truth is, you can’t pour from an empty cup.
Taking care of yourself is not selfish — it’s a necessity. Move when your body asks you to, rest when your mind feels heavy, and allow yourself to recharge without guilt.
